Either mail it to Jeff O'Dell, 415 Long Ave, Greenwood, SC 29649 with your and your partners membership dues($100 Total)

or

Fax Membership Application to: 864-942-0876 with Credit Card info attached(or call 864-993-6205 with Credit Card info)

or

Email above info to: jodell5051@yahoo.com

or

Simply bring Membership Application and membership dues($100 Total)to the first Tournament of the season!

 

 

If you were a member last year you only need to fill out another Membership Application if any of your(or your partners)information has changed!
